What we collect through this site, what we do with it, and what we never do with it.
Effective August 19, 2026. This policy covers masterkeytc.com, operated by MasterKey TC LLC.
The only personal information this site collects is what you type into our forms. The contact form asks for your name, email, phone, and message. The onboarding form asks for your name, brokerage and office details, phone, email, preferred vendors, and birthday. This site uses no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. We use Vercel's privacy-friendly analytics, which counts page visits anonymously without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
Form submissions are used for exactly one purpose: providing transaction coordination services and responding to your messages. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, our email delivery provider. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs. Web fonts load from Fontshare. Each of these providers processes only what is necessary to do its job.
We keep the information you send us for as long as we work together, plus whatever period Florida law and reasonable business records require. If you never become a client, your inquiry simply sits in our inbox like any other email.
Want to see, correct, or delete what we have from you? Email info@masterkeytc.com and we'll handle it.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
