I've held a Florida real estate license since 2002. I learned contracts in the sales centers of South Florida's pre-construction condo boom, used them representing my own buyers and sellers, worked foreclosure files after the real estate crash, and spent five years running files for one of Southwest Florida's top-producing luxury teams.
I built MasterKey TC to bring that same work to agents across all of Florida: a dedicated coordinator who owns your file from executed contract to closing and gives it daily attention.
Before transaction work took over, I competed as a semi-professional 9-ball player on the Florida Women's Tour. Pool teaches you to read the whole table before you touch a ball, and to stay calm when one shot decides the game. That is a fair description of this job too.
I've also trained in negotiation through Chris Voss's advanced masterclass, which earns its keep whenever a transaction calls for clear communication, good judgment, and a steady hand. And I speak conversational Spanish, which comes in handy more often than you'd think in Florida real estate.
For five years, I managed transactions for one of Southwest Florida's top-producing luxury teams, including sales up to $7M and pipelines that regularly exceeded $25M.
